Build better team with LEGO team building workshop
Our interactive LEGO Robotics & Programming workshop helps teams to strengthen collaboration, leadership, and active listening skills in a relaxed and creative environment. We combine play, reflection, and connection to help teams discover how communication truly drives results.
Designed for team buildings, corporate events, conferences, and company offsites. Works for mixed roles & cultures.
No technical background needed.
Instead of passive listening, participants actively work together in a small teams to design, build, program and test LEGO robots - encouraging communication, teamwork, and problem-solving.

Workshop Flow:
1
Warm Welcome & Icebreaker
We start with a light icebreaking activity to help everyone relax, connect, and shift into a creative mindset.
2
Fika & Informal Networking
Fika is provided - because great conversations (and great teamwork) start over coffee and something sweet;)
3
Main Team Challenge: “Say It, Build It”
Teams dive into our core activity:
-
One person becomes the Instructor, who has seen a LEGO robot.
-
The rest are Builders, who must recreate it using only verbal instructions.
-
No pointing. No gestures. Just words, listening, and trust.
Every piece, direction, placement, and code must be clearly described - just like in real work situations.
4
Build, Test & Present
Teams build, test, adjust, and present their creations, sharing both results and experiences.
5
Reflection & Team Debrief (Ramp-Down Phase)
We intentionally slow down the energy and guide teams through reflection, helping them turn play into insight.

Guided Reflection That Makes Learning Stick
After the building phase, we lead a structured reflection with questions such as:
Communication & Listening
-
What instructions were easiest to follow — and why?
-
What caused confusion, and how could it be improved?
-
Did your team develop a shared language?
-
How did active listening affect your success?
Leadership & Collaboration
-
How did it feel to lead without pointing or fixing things?
-
How did team players support each other?
-
Did leadership shift during the task?
-
What would you change next time as a team?
Team Insight
-
What surprised you most about your team’s approach?
-
Who would you nominate as Master Communicator — and why?
This reflection phase helps teams clearly see one key message:
Clear communication is the engine that drives strong teamwork.
